Our objectives in partnering with WeForest were three fold:
Promoting employee health and well-being: By linking activity with sustainability, we aimed to encourage employees to get their steps in not just for their own health, but for the planet!
Enhancing company sustainability efforts: Allstate Protection Plans is on a mission to save our smartphones, electronics, appliances, furniture, and planet. With WeForest, now our employees can march us towards our goal simply by getting their steps in.
Boosting employee engagement: Increase employee morale with a fun, team-oriented challenge.
